All of our parcels are sent via Australia Post.
Free Shipping applies to all orders within Australia over $200 .
The delivery cost is $9.95 within Australia for an ordinary parcel. You may be required to sign for your parcel.
International shipping is not available.
Our staff will endeavour for your parcel to arrive within 3-7 days from when you placed the order.
Please note that delivery may take a little longer in sale periods.
Alternatively, you may choose to collect your order from our store. There is no charge for this. Simply select in our online checkout and we will email to let you know when your order is ready to collect.
Please bear in mind that the availability of your selected items was at the time of placing them in your shopping cart.
We try to ensure that you receive all items you have ordered – however at times items could be sold before the order is shipped.
The Pied Piper Children’s & Babywear would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. So, if for any reason an item is not what you expected, it can be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund (refunds not available on Sale or Out of Season items).
Please note that an item will only be accepted for an exchange, credit note or refund under the following conditions:
- - The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
- - A copy of a valid invoice is included with the return.
- - The item is returned within 21 days of the receipt date.
- - A Return Authority Number is marked on the outside of the package.
Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges. Returns will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. Any returns sent without a Return Authority Number will be refused and marked return to sender.
How to make a return for exchange or refund?
Step 1 - Make sure that you meet all the conditions above.
Step 2 - Contact The Pied Piper Children’s & Babywear at email@example.com or on 02 65599982 to get a Return Authority Number and advise which items you would like to exchange your goods for. They will be held until we receive your returns.
Step 3 - Return the item/s to be refunded or exchanged, mark the RA# on the package and include a self addressed prepaid express post satchel for your new items to be returned in.

Faulty Items and Damages
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or on 02 65599982 and we will organise a replacement be sent to you.
Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same terms and conditions as returns and exchanges.
All orders sent by The Pied Piper Children’s & Babywear have a unique tracking code. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you.
Our secure payment
At The Pied Piper Children’s & Babywear we are committed to maintaining your privacy.
We ask for your name, telephone number, home address and email address. We also require your email address when you sign up to our newsletter. You are able to unsubscribe at any time.
When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also ask for a delivery address and payment method details. Through online surveys and other requests, we may ask you for information about your usage of our stores both physical and online to help us develop and improve them further.
We do not share your details with any third parties.
